“Hi everyone! I’m Sarah and I’m so excited to be joining the LilyPups team. I’ve always been completely obsessed with dogs and absolutely love the special bond I get to develop with all the gorgeous pups that come through the grooming salon. I still can’t believe I get to do this as my job!
I grew up in Dorset and before dog grooming worked as a clothing designer so have always had a creative background, and have always had a pair of scissors in my hand!

When I’m not in the salon I love to get out and about exploring the countryside with my Bedlington x Whippet Norman. Terms and Conditions
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of your appointment price.
No-shows will also be sent an invoice for the full cost of their missed appointment. Repeat cancellations and no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments.

Appointments missed or cancelled without notice could have been offered to another customer and without notice we are unable to fill that slot.
Running Late
If you are running late, please call us and let us know! If you arrive more than 15 minutes late after your scheduled appointment start time, we will either have to reschedule or we will get done what we can in the time we have available before the next customer. If we do have to reschedule a 50% charge of the appointment price will incur.
If you are running late for collection please let us know as soon as possible. We do have limited space and are unable to keep your dog for an extended amount of time after their appointment slot has ended. We offer a 30 minute grace period but after that a £5 charge will be added for every extra half hour.

Illness/Fleas/Ticks
If your pet has fleas or illness, please reschedule your appointment until after the problem has been resolved.
If fleas are found we will bathe your dog in a flea shampoo. We then have to treat the salon which will incur an extra £20 charge onto your bill (even if the groom is not completed) as all appointments after this would have to be cancelled.

Pregnant Dogs
We do not accept pregnant dogs for grooming. We kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment once all puppies have been fully weaned and the dog has been checked over by a vet.
Photography
We may take photos of your dogs during/after their groom for use on our social media pages, unless otherwise instructed not to. Please let us know if you do not consent to the use of images of your dog.
