Orders

All orders will be subject to acceptance and availability, and any items in your shopping basket are not reserved until they have been checked out. 
We reserve the right not to accept your order, if for example, we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, or if an item is out of stock. In the event of a card refusal, we will not be liable for non-delivery or delay. 

Trade Description Act

We make every effort to ensure that our goods are portrayed accurately on our website but small variations in colour may occur. All measurements are approximate, and we will not be held responsible for variations in colour. 

Payments

LilyPups accepts Mastercard, Visa and all popular debit and credit cards. 
In order to make purchases on this site you will be required to provide your personal details as well as payment details that are both valid and correct, and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided. 

Right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel an order within 14 days without reason. In this case you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the item(s). 
To cancel in this way, you must inform us in writing. You will also need to return the item(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them. You will also be responsible for the postage costs and for making sure it is returned safely.

LilyPups Dog Boutique will collect personal information which has been provided by you on this website, only to fulfil orders, communicate with you and marketing products. We do not sell or share any information you provide us to any third parties.
