Refund policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything you have bought from our website, we will be happy to offer a refund, provided it is returned unused, as new, in a saleable condition with the original packaging. Returns should be made within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept items that have been removed from the packaging or used in any way. 

Please include your name, address, order number and state the reason for returning your item(s). 

You will be responsible for the return postage costs and we advise that you ask your chosen courier for proof of postage. We cannot be held liable for returns which are lost or returned damaged.
